Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, I need assurance from the business that their "fix" will not just what they did prior because that didn't work I don't know if that means using stronger cables, better clasps, etcbut it needs to last They should contact me as soon as they can at [redacted] or [redacted] to schedule the repair Regards, [redacted]
We are so sorry about the inconvenience of the cable that has busted on the tree we willing to help the customer if they're willing to help be helped by us will go replace the cable if it needs to be replaced just want to know that we're available for y'all
