This company replaced the roof on our homeDerek, the son/nephew of the owners came to our house to give us an estimate He gave a very detailed presentation and was very knowledgeable about the processWe were very impressed The price and the quality were better than other providers that came to give us an estimate The roofers came about weeks later (would have been one week later except for the bad weather) and did our entire roof in one day They did a great job cleaning up after themselves and only missed a few nailsWe have had two heavy rainfalls since then without any problemsI am very pleased

We are still communicating with the client to resolve. We at this time did send them back their deposit of 800.00 on 9/18/2015. I will update when I know the client will be satisfied with the resolution

Had the guys from AJ Window And Door Solutions come out to look at my roof. They gave me the best estimate out of all the companies I had out. I went with a designer lifetime shingle to compliment the improvements I'm making to my house. They suggested a couple different kinds that they thought would look best on my roof. I picked the Woodlands GAF shingle in Cedarwood Abbey color. The guys were right on time the day they did my roof. Complete tear off with replacing all the rotted wood I had. Put down Ice and water shield, drip edges, and synthetic underlayment before putting on my new shingles. They also put in a new hidden ridge vent since my roof never had one. I'm very happy with the job they did cleaning up after they were done. All in all it went smoother than I could of expected. These guys are definite pros!

Review: I have repeatedly contacted this company since October of 2012 about issues with siding that they installed on my house. The siding was improperly installed. They hired a new siding installer, as the one that put our siding on had issues with the company and was fired. The new installer was here about 2-3 times and I discussed the issues with him. I also gave him a list of the things we talked about. The owners of the company were also here once, and the issues were also addressed with them. Since we had water leaking into our basement from the improper installation of the siding in both the front and back of the house, the new installer came back to fix that issue, but only worked on the back of the house. He did not fix it the way that it was supposed to be fixed and had to come back to redo that. The front is still leaking. A week ago, Saturday, May 11th, the new installer came back with a crew to start working on some of the repairs, but said that since the weather was looking threatening, he would have to come back at the beginning of the week, and that some of the repairs would have to be discussed with the owners of the company. We have not seen or heard from him or the company owners since. It just seems like they are giving us the runaround and do not want to honor their contract and do repairs that will cost the company money. I work hard for my money and I resent the fact that this company can not honor their commitment to the customer.Desired Settlement: We in good faith hired this company to do the job that we paid for. They have just ignored the problem and keep putting us off. They would not be happy with this unacceptable job so why should we?

After emailing client for a list of what needs to be done, siding was ordered today to fix the following per the customers list of items to be fixed. As soon as the siding comes in it will be fixed. Estimated time frame 2-3 weeks. The following is the list from the customer:

1. was completed

2. Water leaking at the corner of the front porch at the meter box wall.

3. Siding pulling out of "j" channels exposing Styrofoam due to overlaps cut short and not properly installed. Pushing the siding back into the "j"

channel and applying caulking is not a sufficient fix.

4. Gable on chimney end of house----Siding cut short and not properly in the "j" channel. Also, the Styrofoam is showing on that end of the house.

Number 3 has 2 locations. The first location is from the sliding door to the west end corner of the house, over the steps above the basement door. The second location is on the west end of the house along the chimney. Number 4 has one location-the west end of the house at the top peak gable.

Even thou the pervious owner did this work before our legal ownership (letter on file that prior to contracts dated 5/2011 that we are nor responsible), we will resolve this to the satisfaction of the client.

After the above is completed a completion certificate will need to be signed to complete this service issue to be considered completed.

We called them for an estimate and when thy came out to our house they were very nice and friendly. Worked with us on all of our concerns and questions.the workers were nice and friendly. The roof look great!!!!
