** is not honest, does not show up for appointments and does not keep his word Stay far away from this guy and his 'service'

Anyone thinking of using AJ's Refrigeration should think twice and just look for another company to have there appliance fixed This company (AJ's) is unreliable and untrustworthy and doesn't return any phone calls
AJ's Refrigeration made a house call to fix my refrigerator on a Friday Refrigerator needed a part that had to be ordered on the next Monday I paid up front 1/of the bill ($325.00) He told me he would be back on Tuesday to install the parts He did not show up on Tuesday or call me On Thursday I call him He told the part was out of stock and had to be ordered and would take 7-days After other day I call again He told me he would check to see if the part arrived and would call me back No call back, so after more days I call again I was told again the part still has not arrived Then after other days I called again, and again he told me he would check and see if the part has arrived Another days has gone by and I had to call again, this time he was not available I left him a message to call me back But so far no call back Now it has been days and refrigerator is still broke a I am out $

A serviceman from this company came into my elderly mother's home to repair a leaking ice makerHe sat on the floor behind her refrigerator for an hour, sat outside in his truck for 30-min,came back in and "worked"Wrote her an invoice for $to replace a water valveAfter my mom contacts me , I had another appliance repair company quote the repair at $maxI contacted AJ to negotiate the price and he insisted he told my mom the repair cost prior to beginning work ( he did not)Said he'd give her a 10% discountWe'll be seeking legal assistance
