I was in contact with a woman about this matter and I faxed the document to her 2x's in October, and never heard anything back from her. I am attaching our state mandated rates along with the copy of the bill that I had sent to her. As you will see, they were never charged the full rate
like they should have been. The truck that was towing the trailer was a dually and the trailer was in fact a tiny house that was considered a "heavy rated vehicle" because it was rated over 18,000lbs. The NYS Thruway rates are charged port to port. The Medium duty rate is $175/hr and the Heavy duty rate is $300/hr. The call was given to us at and was completed at 1558. Our company gave them a break on the charge because they explained that they didn't have much money to pay, and our driver had sympathy for them, so he cut them a deal. The total charge with tax should have been $instead of the $that they paid. I am fighting this charge because it should have been more, and it was a lot of work involved considering we had trucks and employees involved to get them safely off the Thruway

I am going to send my insurance company the receipt that AJ's towing attached to their first response to see if they will accept this as an itemized receipt and accept the current explanation of the chargesIf they do, the matter will be resolvedHowever, it seems unlikelyIn the mean time, I will gather all the relevant documentation (as I do not have everything on hand I am currently out of state) and upon hearing from my insurance company will be able to proceed with his matter, either by closing the case or by providing appropriate documentation to resolve this matter once and for allIf you could please contact me with another respond to complaint request in weeks time, I should have heard back from the insurance and have had time to retrieve all the relevant documentation by this timeThank you
