I never ever have written a review for a company with The Revdex.com, but I really wanted to with because of all the negative reviews I saw received and because of their score being unfairly rated (an F) I had my expectations exceeded from the Belt I received from this company as they were to sell me a used belt but gave me a new one for a used price because the used belt had been already soldI bought the NWA mega deluxe belt and was very satisfied w my purchase It took a bit longer than expected as it was a pre order but I received what I paid for and got a lot of bang for my buck in my opinionCustomer service doesn't really answer or return calls but they do almost immediately respond to any email questions I did haveThey are straight and to the point when responding so I can see where people may get frustrated if they expect long explanations or correspondence but they are far from undeserving of the F score they have received and I believe that may because many had jumped the gun and either reviewed out of anger over not being able to get a hold of company over the phone or just out of impatienceThe problem is after someone reviews and receives their product I'm betting they do not come back and fix what they have criticizedThis company is LEGITThey have been around like nearly years or something I believeI felt like I rolled the dice when ordering from them because of bad reviews I saw onlineBut the gamble paid off and I wonVery pleased with their Belts they sellCannot speak for their custom leatheing
A&J's belts has been the best place for me to order from and hands down the best service one could wantI've been a customer of theirs since and I haven't and definitely wouldn't order from anyone but them! Not only do you receive your items super fast but John and his service makes you want to but again and again I would definitely recommend everyone to deal with John and I still do to this day
