As far a your rejection three of my customers contacted my business and reported to me that three other complaints were submitted by people on ***'s friends list As far as her saying none of her friends have put up bad reviews is a blatant lie as you can see from the attachment I would also like [redacted] to submit copies from her camera's with nothing deleted I would just like to get this problem resolved as soon as possible I would ask that [redacted] contact her family and friends to refrain from any other comments and undesirable ratings on my [redacted] and on *** These three friends are on ***'s friends list[redacted] [redacted] ' and [redacted] amongst others that have given me bad reviews.,

the owner of **'s furry friends completely fabricated his response that he submittedLuckily I have home security cameras inside and outside of my home that recorded our conversation as well as any actions** came to my door and knocked, he took my dogs outside to his van, I then came out with my son and daughter and got into my car and left** was told to call when he was done grooming my dogsApproximately hours later he called and I sent my husband to go and get the dogs and let them back into my house** originally requested me to leave my home unlocked so he could get in and o refused to leave it unlocked because I was not comfortable with that.my dogs are regularly treated for fleas, they do not have fleas what so everThey are also regularly brushed and were not matted. I have recorded on my cameras that ** was in his van with my dogs for hoursIn that time he shaved their bodies down to the skin and then cut my dogs earHe then called to tell me he was completed with their groomingAt which point I believed he had completely groomed themPer the conversation we had inside of my front hallway about him grooming, cutting their hair, trimming their faces and cutting their nailsHe did none of this besides shave their bodies and attempt to cut their ears but instead left my dog with a large gash on his ear. May no time did I swear at him or chase him as he statedI have it recorded with sound that I can send in as proofI also submitted to the *** police department and small claims court. I did not harass ** at any timeThe other people that he listed I don't know who they are. I sent ** one message that I also have a copy of and it was returned to me because he blocked me from contacting himSo there is no way that I can contact himI also have proof of him blocking me from contacting him

I am writing this letter in response to ***'s complaint about July 21, at 1:pmI arrived at *** *** *** *** **to find ***'s stzu dogs totally matted and flea infested, she also had no shot records She said if I wouldn,t groom her dogs that I would regret it
She also added she would brind me and my business down. I then went to my truck to leave and she called me all kinds of profanities She has continued to harass me along with her friends, ***, *** and ***. I have lost numerous customers because of their harassment not only on *** but also ***. I have filed a report at the *** *** Police Department #*** I am also going to submit harassment charges against Ms*** Thankyou, ** ***

No this *** has not been filed in small claims courtI contacted the attorney generas office and was told to stick with the Revdex.com for the best possible outcome
