In response to ***'s rejection Im really not sure exactly how many calls he made to my cell or my officeI only stated is what I "remembered"If there were some that got missed, I apologize, some times are extremely busier than othersId rather not argue about how many phone calls were made or received. In light of *** being shocked that I went up on his roof...., I called and let him know in advance that I would be traveling near the job soon and I would be able to check out the roof, and that I would call him on my wayI did call on my way, and when I got there and only got voice mailSo of course Im going to check the situation out as much as possible while I'm there. He says his initial call was on 12/5/16, and why didn't I get back to him more promptlyHonestly, I'm not sure, I don't recall getting a message then, perhaps it got lost in the mix of a busy seasonThis typically does not happenOccasionally a few days may go by, but not monthsAgain, I apologize for this delayHowever this is not how I conduct my business, typically I am commended about my communication with the customerSo I will argue the statement he says its obvious I knew there was a problem with my work but didn't want to uphold to my warrantyI stand behind my warranties 100% and I'm always trying to please the customerAnd how would I know something is my fault if I hadn't even checked it out firstLike I said in a different submittal about this complaint, as soon as someone sees water they usually blame the roof (I would to, its only human assumption)So with the years experience in roofing, I have been to several leak calls and it not be the roofNearly 100% of leak calls from roofs that I have done, have not been our fault (plumbing, siding, condensation and chimneys mostly)Thats a lot of driving around and troubleshooting to not get compensated forThats why I make it clear now, that if there is intense troubleshooting and the fault is not mine, I need to get paid for my timeIm not asking to get rich, just compensation for my timeWith this situation here, I've already been out there once, and saw nothing wrong with the roofHowever I am agreeing to go out there another time to meet and assess the situation more thoroughly, but if its deemed not the roof installations fault I need to get paid. So if *** is willing to do this, he just simply needs to either give me a call, text, or email with a few different times he could meet and I will do my best to accommodate one of them. These findings should be made known on the Revdex.com website. Prospective customers should be made aware of this unprofessional conduct prior to entering into a contract with this company. Consumers give great weight to the seal of the Revdex.com in assuming weather they wish to hire or do business with a company such as AJ's Home Services, Inc. To fail to disclose this information would be a disservice to those who rely on the Revdex.com.

I only remember getting 1 phone call from him stating that he had previously called and he thought that there was an issue with the roof. I responded that I would go by withing the next couple of weeks . I went by approx. 1 week later. I had called him on my way there to inform him I was stopping by...

, Then again when I got there to only get his voicemail. I went on the roof to discover absolutely nothing wrong with the roof . All the shingles were still intact and looked as good as new. As I had no clue where the leak was exactly because there was no answer , I did however in form that if the leak was near the chimney , that the brick could be porous or may need a chimney cap. All of this was on voicemail. I do feel bad that there is water coming in the house but I can not be responsible  for something that is not my fault. Unfortunately for roofing companies we always get blamed as soon as someone sees water coming in. Then often we spent time troubleshooting the problem to determine it is something else, However I do understand the viewpoint from the home owner so I try to oblige as much as possible. I am willing to go out agian to as the roof if nothing is found or something other then the roof to blame, I should get compensated for my time & fuel.
