I only remember getting phone call from him stating that he had previously called and he thought that there was an issue with the roofI responded that I would go by withing the next couple of weeks I went by approxweek laterI had called him on my way there to inform him I was stopping by , Then again when I got there to only get his voicemailI went on the roof to discover absolutely nothing wrong with the roof All the shingles were still intact and looked as good as newAs I had no clue where the leak was exactly because there was no answer , I did however in form that if the leak was near the chimney , that the brick could be porous or may need a chimney capAll of this was on voicemailI do feel bad that there is water coming in the house but I can not be responsible for something that is not my faultUnfortunately for roofing companies we always get blamed as soon as someone sees water coming inThen often we spent time troubleshooting the problem to determine it is something else, However I do understand the viewpoint from the home owner so I try to oblige as much as possibleI am willing to go out agian to as the roof if nothing is found or something other then the roof to blame, I should get compensated for my time & fuel
