To Whom It May Concern: I attempted to contact *** *** *** *** on two different occasions(6/and 6/9)On both occasions, I left her a voicemail with my contact informationUnfortunately, I have not heard from *** ***At this time, we have addressed and apologized for her confusion
and honored her settlement requestThe refunds were processed today 6/12/Refunds generally take -business days(depending on the bank) before the money will appear in her account. Greetings, Thank you for sharing the customer’s experienceI we are sorry to hear that *** *** encountered difficulty with using our products and services The first time we heard there was an issue as on 8/9/17. We currently offer two different product linesEach product has a
unique website, application and login credentialsThe Great Courses, www.thegreatcourses.com, is used to purchase DVDs, CDs, and downloads for ownershipThe Great Courses Plus, www.thegreatcoursesplus.com, is a monthly or annual subscription streaming service. On August 9th, a manager was notified *** *** requested a full refund for months of charges due to “not using it.” Customer started her free trial in February*** *** incurred her first charge in MarchThe account was cancelled at the customer’s request on the same August 9th call On August 10th, a Customer Relations Manager contacted the customer to discuss her demand for a full refundOur Terms and Conditions state, a customer may cancel anytime but no refunds are issued We were willing to meet part way but the customer threatened to disparage us on social media including contacting the Revdex.com. At the conclusion of the 8/call, *** *** was issued a 100% refund as a courtesyWe are a customer focused company and pride ourselves on being customer oriented We have met the desired outcome as requested by the 8/customer complaint to Revdex.com report on August 11th Please let me know if you have additional questions or concerns.Best Wishes, Ashanta S***

I called our credit card processing company on 1/17/They verified the refund went throughI tried calling customer several times but the call couldn't be
completedI sent a follow up email on 1/17/providing the reference number for the refundThe reference number can be used by his bank to locate the refundI have not heard from customerI provided my contact information in the email
