I called our credit card processing company on 1/17/They verified the refund went throughI tried calling customer several times but the call couldn't be completedI sent a follow up email on 1/17/providing the reference number for the refundThe reference number can be used by his bank to locate the refundI have not heard from customerI provided my contact information in the email
