Hello, this is Jed Johnson with AJ's Lawn Care responding to a complaint I received on 12/12/ The right side of the gate fell off of the hinge and the client reported this to me at 9:26PM on 12/12/by a call to my wife's cell phone from a restricted number I explained to her that I must have not tightened all the bolts enough and I would be there in the morning It was dark at the time of the complaint so that is why I said I would fix it the next morning I was there at 9:00AM and took care of my mistake and left a receipt on the door I am very sorry that I made a mistake but I took care of it as soon as I could I tried to call her but she did not answer any of my calls and has not called back or responded to any texts I am sorry she feels taken advantage of, I made a human error and fixed it the very next morning

we dont have to provide ajs lawncare with any personal documentation of any repairsthis company is horrible in their service and work ethicsNo refund, no deal, I will continue to persue any and all means to receive a partial refundbetter yet since we cannot come to an agreement, I will dispute the entire check with my bank as a fraud transaction, and they have a copy of the signed check with your signature, which you cashed on the same day that you left fence hanging off of the pole which I have time stamped pictures ofwhich proves without a doubt you cashed my check on the same day that you stated to us that the repairs were done, the fence was hanging off the pole and shows improper repair and you stated to my husband that the fence was fixedso thats fine I was willing to work with you, but if you arent willing to refund a portion, then my bank will open a fraud investgationi have plenty of documented proof

we are not satisfied because we were not given a written estimate by AJS lawncare even after asking him several timesHe cashed our check even before he made the repairs to the shady job on the fence that he didIf it was not for me raising this complaint and advising this would be done, he would not have tried to fix the fenceWe are requesting a refund of at least $in order to have someone else fix this fence, it is still not to our satisfactionIf this is not resolved, we will persue small claims court, I have the pictures showing how the fence was left hanging off of the pole which are time stamped on the same day that Jed cashed our check for $360, and a copy of the checkThis shows he cashed out the payment before the repairs were made, bad business praticeThe fence hangs too low and bows in and still needs repair
