The client came in on 10/14/the client called on the 19th surely if there was any reaction it should've happened right away and please with all due respect people should be exfoliating after a waxing service which we did tell her to doTo say that she has residue all those days later is very unsanitarythis was her first waxing and the girl who did her waxing has been doin this for years and preformed so many and on a regular basis as wellThis is very obvious what is happeneing hereWe offered her any other service to "make it right" as she has put it numerous timesClearly she is used to complaining to get refunds and we honestly don't feel that its right to do so just because she has a lot of time on her hands to make accusations and verbally attack people in publicI will repeat myself she was more than pleased she was impressed with the technician pleased with the service and tipped her well people who get bad services do not tip and tip well no less

we are sorry that you missed the three appointments as well however there are cancellation rules we have to abide by and I think three no show/no cancellations is pretty lenient on our end for a procedure that requires preparation products etcthat can not be re used once preppedAs far as your accusation of having walked in and seen a filthy establishment you clearly went online and went along with the people who are much like yourself that could not get away with things and did the same as yourself by making statements. lets even assume you walked in you didn't even make it passed the front desk because this is a square foot establishment nothing in your so called sight could've been seen at the greeting area as all service areas are way in the back I think its evident you have a lot of anger that you can not blame on anyone but yourself we have been as nice as we possibly can be regarding this matter and as a show of good faith we are willing to compensate you for products of your choice in the amount of the money you paid

Hello, before I answer everything in the complaint lets state the accurate factsnumber one this is goes way back before the October date being mentioned, You had made an appointment on 7/29/at 9am using our online booking system and you did not show up and we could have easily charged your
credit card for up to the full amount of service as our no show policy states how ever we chose not too because it was your first timeAlso you made another appointment on 8/14/at am that you also did not cancel or show up for and yet again we could've charged your credit card that you used for the booking and again we gave you a breakthen you made an appointment for the same service on 8/19/for 1:pm using a *** voucher and then you called us at 1:pm only minutes before the appointment which is again a last minute cancellation and allow me to repeat according to our cancellation policy we can charge you for the full amountNow lets address your complaint, One you were never pressured to buy it from us yes it is more economical to buy it from usbut the reason you bought it from us that was your choice to save a few dollars and the main the reason is because of all the no show appointments you had and because of the refund you asked for from *** and that was indeed given to you from themso You had to pay us directyou stated you came in for your appointment but you have never been to our place nor were you ever in for a service or even visit and you did not call to cancel your November 3rd appointment that you made on October 25th and by right at this point we should forfeit your moneyWe tried to call you numerous times on the day of your appointment and there was no answer and you never called to cancel or give an excuseyou never called to even try to work something out as we have done numerous times before so I don't see the purpose of this complaint when really you're the one completely at fault and you never even stepped foot in our facility.As far as filthy our facility goes through numerous yearly inspections by both the state board of cosmetology and the state board of health and other agencies and for the past years we never had any violationswith all that said and done I hope this refreshes your memory on the facts and if you need any help with future appointments you can call us and we can accommodate you with any services or help you may need

*** ***In my complaint, I clearly stated that I had discovered that I had wax on me within a couple minutes of leaving this establishmentI also had to go to the doctor of the extreme pain that I was inI was clearly calling the salon to ensure that he knew that there was an issue with my servicesThe fact that he had accused me of doing anything to cause my own pain, shocked me. I was diagnosed with medical condition, and left with missing patches of skin, which never happened with my other salon. If necessary, I can provide my medical report as proof. I understand that some “pain” is involved with this type of service, but this place caused a serious medical issue. I was also never offered any additional services, as all he offered to me was a “Sorry”He stated that he would call me back, which he never didIn his response, he stated that he told me that I needed to exfoliate after a waxThis was never stated to meI have had several waxes in the past with no issues. The personal attacks that this business owner has made, are completely unnecessary and frankly rude. I very rarely complain about a “luxury” service, and always tip because it is the polite thing to do. Their service is awful, and the owner does not respect customers or their opinions at allRather than take the feedback, and try to improve, they told me that I was the problem despite the other terrible reviews on their *** page that I found after the fact. At this point, I don’t even want my money back because it would mean an awkward exchange with somebody that I don’t wish to speak to. I just want to share my experience with this so-called business, so other clients do not have the same issue that I have hadI find the total lack of respect from this person to be completely unprofessional and need to inform others so that they don’t have the same experience

I will not respond to the accusation of my being a liar, and rude because I am a god fearing man and I always turn the other cheekthe fact that we refused to honor the *** the Revdex.com and Ms*** are free to check on all of our deals on *** up to date we have sold a total of 4,*** deals and have redeemed as of this moment 3,of them I guess these numbers are proof that we do honor these ***s more than anyone else we know of in Ohionow there are stipulations on every voucher and we do go by these stipulations, never the less we book based on availabilities and there are times we can not accommodate the clients and not because we do not wish to but rather because the date and time they have requested isn't availableI really am not sure what Ms*** wants and if their is anything we can do for her she is more than welcome to give us a call and if she feels we treated her some kind of way we do apologizeThank you for all your time and troubles in this situation hopefully this matter is put behind us and wishing everyone a wonderful weekend
