Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below During my negotiation with AJ's Tree Service for the service of removing the trees I gave Aldo this form and he filled out the amounts he would chargeIf you add up the amounts they equal $He had added the amounts and added tax to get the $1,amountIt was after this that I asked him for some additional work and he agreed to do it for (restoration of side yard as on the form)When you add the $from his numbers and add the additional $for the side yard work the total is $1,This amount should be the total owed before the 10% discount and tax If Aldo is so sure that he doesn't owe me anything ask him to produce a detailed receipt that shows his numbersI doubt that he will because he doesn't keep recordsI would also ask him what the difference between $1,and the correct total of $isIf it isn't tax what is it Thanks again for your help in resolving this complaint Regards, [redacted]

*** quickly responded to my request for an estimate on trimming a tree next to my houseHe came out the next day after getting approval and did a wonderful jobIf I have any tree issues in the future I won't hesitate to give him a call

I had AJ's to cut some tree's from my yard it was one of the best experiences I've had as far as professionalism the quote they gave me was fair, they cut, hauled off, and cleaned up afterwards as if the had never been there, except the tree's were gone I will have them again when needed

Business owner contacted Revdex.com and stated that customer made many changes to the jobWhen the job was completed, he was given an invoice which was paid in fullCustomer also gave business a tip of $ Did not charge customer tax twice

The business owner contacted Revdex.com and stated that the only thing he gave the customer is the proposal with his company name on it for $The customer then paid him a rounded figure for $and said it was a tipHe never provided the broken down written statement that customer attached to the invoiceThere is no tax includedHe does not know how this customer came up with the breakdown it's not from him
