I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***While their statement to you contains things that are definitely not true- they did NOT let me know my item was out of stock until almost an entire WEEK after they took the money out of my account, and they did not refund my money in a "timely manner" ( I even asked my bank about the refund not being in the account for days after they told me they refunded it) The fact is, I believe the only reason they refunded my money is because I got the Revdex.com involvedAnd yes- they did finally refund the money back into my account, and I'd like the thank the Revdex.com for being involved and resolving this
