I am the owner She called me because she is in the process of selling the house and had the house inspectedI gave her an estimate of $to replace the pletiumWe went and got the material and when we were half way through she came and told us the inspector said we have to have a permit The form the inspector left said she had to have permits for the furnace work that needed to be doneIt had nothing to do with the work I was doing I told her I could pull the permits for the furnace work but she would have to pay more for the permits because the furnace were installed illegallyWe finished the work on the pletium and had the inspector come back to do the inspection and she paid me $ I told her I would pull the permits for her for the furnace work and I gave her an estimate on the cost of about $but I had to charge her more because I did not do the furnace work originallyThe checks she paid me with are no good I installed the filter grills on both furnaces and then I installed up high and down low access to air in part of the basement so that the furnaces could get the correct amount of delusion air The inspector came back to reinspect the furnaces and passed everything

On may the 2015, I was at one of my customer houses, about 3-streets over from Mr***She was talking to my customer, and my customer told her I was there for her AC unitShe then asked if I could come over and service hersI told
her yes, and went by there and turned her AC on and the fan came on but the compressor would notI shut it off took the cover off over the compressor I told her the compressor was going bad and she needed a new unitI told her I could put a part on there but it would not last too longI told her again that is fine but she still needs a new ACI put new freon in it because she needed someI gave her the bill, and she wanted to call her husbandShe wanted to text him, but she did not know how, so she had me do itShe said they would bring my money by my place of residenceI left and gave her an invoiceI did not hear from her for about weeksI called the number I texted two weeks later after not hearing anything, and I told them we had not been compensatedHe told me his wife was to be taken care of thisTwo to three days later, I called again, couldn't get throughI asked the original customer, her neighbor about this, and this lady said she was a big liarI went by their house, and they said to come in and she asked if I was there to jack her up and I said no I need the money for my workShe said she would have to do it two to three weeks laterShe said she lost my card, and I told her the number was on my invoice that she hadShe said she would bring the money by, two weeks go by and I pick up the moneyShe then calls three weeks later and she stated her AC wasn't workingI told her and her husband they are wasting money by replacing the terminals but they need a new ACThey said they didn't know what to do but they know they need a new ACI put a new terminal on and it started up and I gave her another invoice, and she said she would pay later onI told her she needed a new unit and that is the end of thatShe is a big liar, the terminals were going bad and wires were melting off but she needs a new AC
