which had a frozen evaporator coil. The coil was thawed and a leak check performed and a leak was located, repaired and the system recharged. About 3 or 4 days later the customer called and complained that the unit was not operational. Upon arrival it was found that the outside compressor was overheating due to a bad condenser fan motor. We attempted to contact Mr. [redacted] to relay this information and he was not reachable. We then went to the front office and relayed the information to personnel whom were reluctant to make a decision on the repairs needed. After being at the jobsite for over an hour, we were informed that there was no one there to make that decision. We explained to them that this issue was not the same as before and therefore they would be charged the service charge whereas we do not diagnose or troubleshoot for free unless you approve the repairs. Later Mr. [redacted] called and inquired about the status and was told that the problem was not the same as before. He was asked to remember that initially the inside coil was frozen when we arrived on the first visit which is normally a sign of a refrigerant leak. On our last visit the coil was not frozen and was hot which indicates that this was a different issue. He would not listen to anything we had to say and simply threatened to file a complaint with the Revdex.com.
