Review: Hired contractor.. he did not uphold to things stated in the contract such as installing screen and side door.. My ceiling is coming apart at the seams due to the poor tape job.. Electrical done was botched as 5 outlets were not woking..Desired Settlement: I would like him to trouble shoot and fix problems.

I never received any phone calls from the client with any concerns about drywall cracking in the seams , we made a vaulted ceiling and it's possible it could have cracked due to settlement . As for the side door , I went over the door with the client and I minused the scope of work for the door , we kept the existing door and patched and painted it , which the client agreed to . As for the electrical outlets , this is the first I'm hearing about it . Client never reached out to discuss or give an opportunity to address any situation that she may have ..
