This is regarding our client *** *** As she has filed the complaint on our company regarding the video issues, this is just to let her know that she never signed the contract with us but we don't make any issue of this and we agree that we had worked for her wedding on *** November for
videography and photographyWe need to inform her that we had establish our business since and we had attended thousands of wedding and worked on that but none of our customer has faced this kind of problem, she had approved the wedding album on *** Sept and for that she made all the changes which were telephonic, comes on video we gave her rough draft in the month of June and said her go through it and let us know your approval she gave us changes around and as it is mentioned in our contract letter which she never signed that first changes are free and after that it will be chargeable, but we never made any issue of the changes bec ause our first priority is customer satisfaction so we all did the changes almost times, Her husband used to pick up the delivery of the video and we used to first show him in our office and he always said that its perfect now but as he shows the video to her wife (*** ***) she always becomes angry and send us the same changes, but on behalf of this issue we told *** *** that she can come to our office sit with us watch the video and let us explain were we made mistake thrice because as per us we had done our best to make the correction for her special moment as it’s our duty,we agree with her that she is disappointed with us and we are very sorry for the inconvenience made to her as she was pregnant,,we would also like to clarify that it’s our company rule that we never give the final copy to customer until we receive the approval email,so we had just submitted the rough copy time she is still finding problems in that, so she is welcome to receive the fina l copy of corrected video On behalf of her complaint to Revdex.com we would like to apologize her if we are wrong but as we want to acknowledge our customer concerns it’s our humble request to *** *** *** or *** *** *** to come to our office and explain us how they want their wedding video to be fix because we are always ready to overcome to our customers problem, In case if you need further inquiry feel free to contact us or visit our officeThanks
