He has not even replied about the lack of the vapor barrier and not using any anti bacterial solutionAnd WHY did he not return any of my phone calls or acknowledge my emails? Regards, [redacted]

Hello I am responding to the complaint made by a former customer of mine of which I completed some work for at his [redacted] residenceIn his complaint he mentions that I was supposed to complete some work for an exterior wall for him to which he states I did not complete I have the original contract that was drawn up (nothing was ever added) that states no such thingWe did discuss this In person in the past as he wanted me to due this extra work at no chargeI see that he is asking for money back, this doesn't surprise me as he was always looking for ways to bring the agreed upon amount downIn the beginning he insisted on working along side my guys and I and I pay him hourly ( way to much) to which I responded I couldn't do this This job was done a long time ago and I'm shocked to be seeing this now but again not surprised that he is attempting to get money out of itIf someone can email me I can forward the contractThank you

I don't remember the exact conversations I had with the customer as it was a long time agoHowever I know that we used the proper spray to clean and wipe down the areaAdditionally I left the product that we were using over night several times at the job site so for my customer to claim that we didn't use it is utterly unbelievableLastly we completed everything that was stated in the contract and again I do not recall exact details of conversations but we satisfied all requests that we agreed upon.

I called [redacted] out to show him and he ASSURED me he replaced it. In April, A friend of mine, [redacted], and I removed the vinyl siding and  saw Insulation and sheet rock ONLY.
