I went to store located at[redacted] last night. I went thru the drive thru to get 2 Mc Chicken sandwich which came to $2.00. When I went to the window she gave me a bag and then try to give me a soda. I told the lady I did not order a soda just the sandwich. I asked for 2 packs of ketchup for my sandwich she gave me the ketchup then I left. When I got home I looked in the bag their was 2 packs of cookies. I called the McDonald's spoke with David told him what happen and that I leave 10 minutes away. I asked if my mother could pick the 2 chicken sandwich up since she was there. He hold me NO because she do not have the receipt. Really why in the world would I come back in the rain and to call you about 2 sandwich if I did not have it. The cookies are HARD as a BRICK and I would I make up something like that. All I wanted was my sandwich and I do not feel that I should have to come out if my mother is right there to get something to over a $2.00 receipt. This McDonald's if real petty over a $2.00 receipt.
