When the client called the office to ask about a leak detection she was told that if she had a leak in her pool we would find itAfter pressure testing all of her pool equipment and dye testing the structure of the pool I spent at least half an hour digging around her pool equipment to show her that her pool equipment was indeed not leakingShe informed me that her pool guy also told her it must be irrigationShe had not paid them for services they had rendered to her pool equipmentWhen she told me she was going to pay, but was also going to file a complaint against us, I did indeed just leaveI have always been taught if you have nothing nice to say don't say anything at allWe had spent quite a lot of time trying to look for her leak and after hearing that I was quite frustratedI had done nothing wrong and she was going to file a complaint?! She did call the office and say we had left equipment behindWe went back to the house and thanked her for calling usShe again stated to my son that she was going to pay, but file a complaintI did not see the sense in having her pay, then ask for her money back through the complaintI did not leave her a copy of the invoice, because we were not paid for our services We confirmed that her pool was not leaking and did not charge her a penny for all of our hard workI hope she finds the source of her leak and gets some closure

Since then my irrigation company has confirmed it is NOT my irrigation system that is leaking. Another pool company has also come out and suspects that the underground pipes are leaking
I want this on record which is why I did not accept the response

In my first response I was remiss in disclosing that the pool did have a leak in the aerator line. I had forgotten that and did not have the invoice in front of meWhen we pinpointed the leak she asked us not to mark it on the cool deck, because she was going to sell the houseThat line was also not being usedAdditionally she did not want us to test the line for the water feature, because she did not use itSo it may well be a leak in that lineAll I can tell you is that everything we tested held pressureYes she did provide me with a knee pad and a gardening rakeAgain I did not charge for any of the testing that was done
