Thank you for your letter dated January 5,2017.We checked the background of the issueWe were told by [redacted] that a refund for this client was issued on January 3,Please see attached letter from [redacted] confirming the same.We got in touch the Complainant Mr [redacted] on the 9" January and he confirmed that he got the refund already and asked us to send shipping label to return the item.The procedure is that if a customer not satisfied with the product they can return the item for a full refund immediately.We are enclosing relevant correspondence for your ready reference.Thank youMohan K***AJN
