Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I need to know why this plumber said the pipes all need to be replaced, they are beyond repair - and then once I agree to the work, the pipes aren't even touched - I just get new (expensive) fixtures on a cracked sink and a broken tubIn addition, the water pressure in my parent's trailer has been even worse than before AJ Perri was thereThe brand new high end toilet doesn't flush half the time (and my parents don't even flush toilet paper anymore!) I have already been insulted and reduced to tears because of the meeting with Larry in which he stated (essentially) that I must have misunderstood the entire (scope of work) quoteI need a thorough investigation on their part into the company's customer relations (from the plumber who came out, the different people I spoke with on the phone, and Larry the one who eventually came out)It should not have taken months for them to even bother with resolving thisThey need to figure out why the quote was so very different from the work that was actually doneMy parents were not provided with a copy of the work order that my mother was told to sign for, and I was never sent the invoice by email (as I was promised, every time I called)There was even a three person phone call in which the plumbing supervisor promised he would personally meet with me and "make this right"I received this call while I was in Disney World, Florida and it was approximately an hour longThe call ended with this promise that never happened and when I called back, it was as if the call never happenedI need to know beforehand why there is such a discrepancy and I need reassurance that (at least) two supervisors will come at the same time (and not cancel on me as Larry did twice) Regards, [redacted] ***

This isn't a very user friendly websiteI couldn't respond - now time has lapsed and the case is closed However for the record AJ Perri did respond to my complaint in a satisfactory way- they exceeded my expectations - they shouldn't have a mark against them because there weren't clear instructions on how to respond via email Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: After the initial complaint, (1) A tech called & assured me I had taken the proper security measures with the device & checked on a few more (I had shut down power & gas), explained the situation & causes as best as he could diagnose without actually being there & said someone would call me first thing in the morning (2) The next morning, I was contacted by an agent to tell me techs were coming to my house later that day (3) The techs arrived, looked over the situation, took pictures, made a parts list & analysis & called it all in (3) that night, a customer service/quality assurance agent (Stephanie) called me to gather as much information as possible, assure me that Perri would handle the situation, apologized for the problems and offered further comfort & assurance (4) the next day I was then contacted by a scheduling agent & we arranged for repairs to be performed two days later - which is today, Thursday July 14, I was given a reminder call, yesterday - confirming techs would be out today, between 7:- 8:The techs & their field supervisor arrived at 7:45am, analyzed the situation and took some time to decide on the proper approach and game planThe two techs, Kevin & Zach, then spent the next 6+ hours hard at work, undertaking an extensive reworking of the boiler's main wiring & almost all pipes & pumpsThe two men were extremely professional, thorough, neat & cleanThey also tested the system properly, explained all of their work & let me know to call if I had any questions or issues at allKevin & Zach were excellentThe one issue remaining is to possibly have external sheet metal panels replaced - they were damaged as a result of the initial issue & though not an urgent issue now, these panels will most likely present a long-term problem AJ Perri has been very good to this point, in resolving this significant issueThere seems to be a noticeable change in the company I initially dealt with, two & a half years agoAgain - just waiting on the panels issue - and the two techs informed me I would be receiving a follcall, regarding that *** [redacted] I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

AJ Perri came to my home because of a sewer line clog causing problems with mh toilets and bathtubThree different techs came out on back to back days but never fixed the problemThe first tech did not stay long enough to even find the clean out valve at my home to even try and correct the clog cause it got dark outsideThe tech the next day claimed his equipment couldn't operate because it was stuck because according to him my sewer line was collapsed and broken in several places and needed to be replacedSo again another tech not actually fixing anythingHe instead put the fear of God into me that the whole sewer line needed to be replaced and it would be expensive but they offered financingThen he talked up a trenchless system so the driveway and landscaping wouldn't be horribly affectedThen I had to pay $for a service call fee when the guy didn't even do anythingMy husband then had to come home early from work at his first job and was late to his second job because we were told both of us needed to be home to view a camera feed that yet a different tech was going to come and show usThe camera showed nothing but waterAgain told sewer line was blocked and clogged and broken and collapsedTold the line was made of some cardboard coated in some apoxy and it had fallen apartThen made aware that the trenchless system was not an option and we would have to have the driveway completely destroyed and the landscaping tooThis is costing $11,according to themNot including replacing landscaping and drivewayThis was all very disconcerting so we decided to get a second opinionWe called our water company whom we have an insurance protection plan withThey sent out a plumber who came and fixed the clog and our problem and said nothing was wrong with the lineSaid it was made of cast iron and not the cardboard we were previously toldNeedless to say we dodged a huge bullet by not going with AJ Perri and getting a second opinionDo not use this company for any reasonThey are liars and scam artists and horrible people

Service Technician Alex Lopez provided our yearly AC maintenance visit ( [redacted] **) on July 6, While I have always found AJ Perri representatives to be pleasant and helpful, Robert m [redacted] than any other presented himself as a consultant rather than a salespersonHe reviewed his findings in "semi - technical" language that I could - to some degree - understandHe gave me some insight into what the life expectancy of our system might be as well as the pros and cons of replacing individual parts at this timeI understand - at least for this moment - the ramifications of the fact that the refrigerant in our system is obsoleteI found Robert to be a highly welcome service person here

[redacted] was in contact with the [redacted] yesterday, Tuesday April 15th A plumber has been dispatched to the [redacted] residence this morning in order to address any issues which they have with the recent replacement line and lingering odor One of our customer service representatives will be following up again after the plumber has left the residence

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My husband filed a complaint under [redacted] for a situation dealing with AJ PERRII was going to add to the complaint but instead it to me to email this address to follow up on the situationUpon purchasing a new home there was an issue with water pressure which the owner was going to get fixedAJ perri came out and said it was fine and had no recommendations for any repairsThe day we moved in we had NO HOT WATER! We called AJ perri and the plumber said this was directly related to the no pressure issue it was a cartridge repair that should have been fixed when they first came outSo now, having no choice we had to have two cartridges replaced..costing $Come to find out from another plumber, this part has a lifetime guarantee and the company who makes the cartridge actually sent us out two new ones at no cost and stated any licensed plumber should have known that! (and anyhow, purchasing one outright is only $48.00) On top of it, it literally took him minutes to install it, and then give us the $bill, because of their incompetent employee who first came out and said it was fine! So my husband and I tried contacting the company for some reimbursement which was an everlasting battle....and finally they offered a whopping $back for the cartridge (probably realizing they way overcharged for a item), at which my husband questioned well that would be times 2, since we had two replaced, she said she would get back to us, at which there is still no credit back on our card weeks after, and we were never contacted back Regards, [redacted] ***

I have used this company for a new air conditioning & heating system & I like itI called them about a kitchen faucet leek & they came & told me that the faucet had to be replaced & it would cost me What What A rip off The same faucet { no better no less] at lowes, sooo they want 871.00.just to replace it ONE BIG RIP OFF I called A J PRRI & they said sorry but it was a good price
