AJ'S AC Heating & Refrigeration

A serviceman from this company came into my elderly mother's home to repair a leaking ice maker. He sat on the floor behind her refrigerator for an hour, sat outside in his truck for 30-45 min,came back in and "worked". Wrote her an invoice for $550 to replace a water valve. After my mom contacts me , I had another appliance repair company quote the repair at $225 max. I contacted AJ to negotiate the price and he insisted he told my mom the repair cost prior to beginning work ( he did not). Said he'd give her a 10% discount. We'll be seeking legal assistance.
