I want them to stop calling. They keep calling and harassing. They will not stop when I ask them to stop calling me.

I don't know what to say except they are wonderfully accommodating when you have an installation requirement. They have done numerous jobs for my family and have done our corvette windshield in an exceptionally professional way. I would whole heartedly recommend this company!

This company has replaced windshields in both my car and mini-van. They were very courteous and prompt. I would call them again if I need another windshield replacement. Very happy with their service.

This business contacts me on a monthly basis to ask about repairing a windshield to a car I haven't had for OVER 5 years. I continually ask them to remove me from their call list, and they say they will, but they never do. They will call me at all hours (I've had phone calls as late as 9:30 PM), and it's never the same number that calls. I probably have 10-15 phone numbers on my auto reject list because of this. Not only do they call constantly, but they get rude and disrespectful when I ask them to remove me from their call list.

I used Aj's Auto Glass recently to have my windshield replaced. The installer contacted me prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way and would be there shortly. He was very friendly and fast. In under 45 minutes I had a brand new windshield in my truck!
Excellent service, I will be using Aj's in the future!

July 18th 1030 am... Yet another call from yet a different number. I have so many numbers blocked from these people! They have changed their name again. They've used AJs, Arizona Auto Glass, Sundevil, and today it is Bulldog City. The agent started with, "hello, I'm calling from the autoglass shop to see if you need any windshield repairs." Me: "which shop?" Agent: "bulldog city" me: "how did you get my number?" Agent: "I just started here... I don't know...it just came up in the system." Me: "I know how call centers work... Am I considered a cold lead (one who has never done business) or a hot lead (one who has done business)?" Agent: "a hot lead. We got our leads from the company we bought out." Me: the call center bought out, or Bulldog bought out?" Agent: "bulldog. We bought out AJs." Me: "AJs Autoglass?" Agent: "yes" Me: "ok, you need to put me on your DNC. AJs has harassed me, and I've been in contact with the AG's office over it." Agent: "I will do that." Now, he was nice and gave me a lot of info for someone who "just started working there." But they've all given me that line before. They always say they'll take me off the list. I'm on the national dnc because of these people, who were calling up to three times a week about a year ago! They've argued that I've done business with them, so it's ok to call me. But I have zero paperwork saying I've done any business with them... And they can't seem to prove to me that I HAVE done business. In fact, when I ask for proof, they hang up! I just want people to know that they're still up to their old tricks, just another new name!

My ex-husband had his auto glass repaired by this company in 2010. Since that time, I have received numerous calls from this company, despite my requests to be removed from their call list. I have blocked many of the numbers they use, but they always seem to use different numbers.

The Arizona Attorney General's Office filed a consumer fraud lawsuit against AJ's Auto Glass of Prescott Valley Friday, June 10, 2016 for making unwanted calls to people on the National 'Do Not Call Registry.' Their most recent call to me was on July 7, 2016 (I get calls from them as often as every three weeks.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

I just answered a call from a blocked number. A "courtesy call" to let me know AJ's auto glass has a unit in my area and wanted to know if I need any auto glass. There will be no charge for auto glass if I have insurance. Why would a Phoenix based business call a Tucson number? If they do start doing business in Tucson I would not recommend them because their business practices already appear to be deceptive.

I also promised the woman that if she ever calls again I will sue her and AJ's Auto Glass as the phone call was recorded. My phone number is also on the do not call list.

After weeks I never received a gift card and movie tickets for allowing them to replace two windshields. I've called and get the run around. Never again will I use them.

I had one windshield replaced via insurance claim, and the company has relentlessly sought out to replace windshields on all of my vehicles. The telemarketers on the line have gone as far to say you can replace your windshield every year through insurance, damaged or not, and we will provide you with $50-100 cash back, #X of dinners per year, ect... Each time I have been approached, I have asked them not to call again. Calls have now been coming in every few weeks and have to be a few dozen in total by now.
