I just wanted to take a moment and give a big shoutout to A&J's Belts. Out of the 8 belts that I have I purchased 3 from them, and they've always provided great customer service. From my experience they've been very easy to work with, and are extremely good at responding with emails. The layaway plan is a God-send bc idk a whole lot of people who can drop $1000 after an initial interest in a belt. I really dig that bc it doesn't cost anymore than the belt itself. My most recent belt (Euro), they shipped out Monday and I received it on Wednesday, so I'm extremely pleased with that. I'll certainly be doing business with them in the future. Hell, I've got that TNA belt on layaway now lol
Placed an order a few weeks ago and one of the belts arrived damaged, either through handling damage or factory defect. Not only did Mr. [redacted] call me personally to exchange and make it right, he went above and beyond offering me store credit towards my next purchase.

Finally, he thanked me for my business, and invited me back anytime. My shipment arrived exactly when he said it would, and I was very impressed with the quality of the product that he shipped me! Many of which are brand new custom made hand crafted belts that are so nice, I have put them on display permanently in my home. It has been very easy to work with this company. All of my emails are replied to within minutes. This company has excellent customer service, excellent product knowledge and follow up. I had my expectations exceeded from the Belt I received from this company as they were to sell me a used belt but gave me a new one for a used price because the used belt had been already sold. I bought the NWA mega deluxe belt and was very satisfied w my purchase. It took a bit longer than expected as it was a pre order but I received what I paid for and got a lot of bang for my buck in my opinion. Customer service doesn't really answer or return calls but they do almost immediately respond to any email questions I did have. They are straight and to the point when responding so I can see where people may get frustrated if they expect long explanations or correspondence but they are far from undeserving of the F score they have received and I believe that may because many had jumped the gun and either reviewed out of anger over not being able to get a hold of company over the phone or just out of impatience. The problem is after someone reviews and receives their product I'm betting they do not come back and fix what they have criticized. This company is LEGIT. They have been around like nearly 10 years or something I believe. I felt like I rolled the dice when ordering from them because of bad reviews I saw online. But the gamble paid off and I won. Very pleased with their Belts they sell. Cannot speak for their custom leatheing.

Small UPS fee upon arrival but that's not the company's fault (I live in Toronto so it's customs or handling or UPS' fee). Overall I'm very happy with the service and will buy again. Even had some emails back and forth before I made the purchase and all replies happened within the hour. I recommend.
