My husband and I contracted with AJ's to hang drywall and install ceramic floor tile in our kitchen addition. They did ok on the drywall but where the ceiling came together, from the existing kitchen to the addition, it did not blend together well. AJ said they would fix it when they came back to install the tile. The Day they came to do the tile we were told that they did not bring the right tools to fix the ceiling. While they were removing the tile that was to be replaced, they damaged the toe kick on the cabinets. They also scraped the window in our new French doors while carrying the old tiles out. We were then told that they would pay for it but then were told they not paying for it and were not completing the job we hired them for and walked off. He did admit he had never done a kitchen tile job, only bathrooms. When leaving, they dumped the torn out tile and cement board out of the boxes they were using to haul it away in on our driveway. Lastly, they did not fix the ceiling as promised. I do not personally think they knew what they were doing and wonder if the good reviews on here are from family and friends.
