unique website, application and login credentials. The Great Courses, www.thegreatcourses.com, is used to purchase DVDs, CDs, and downloads for ownership. The Great Courses Plus, www.thegreatcoursesplus.com, is a monthly or annual subscription streaming service.  On August 9th, a manager was notified [redacted] requested a full refund for 6 months of charges due to “not using it.” Customer started her free trial in February. [redacted] incurred her first charge in March. The account was cancelled at the customer’s request on the same August 9th call.  On August 10th, a Customer Relations Manager contacted the customer to discuss her demand for a full refund. Our Terms and Conditions state, a customer may cancel anytime but no refunds are issued.  We were willing to meet part way but the customer threatened to disparage us on social media including contacting the Revdex.com.  At the conclusion of the 8/10 call, [redacted] was issued a 100% refund as a courtesy. We are a customer focused company and pride ourselves on being customer oriented.  We have met the desired outcome as requested by the 8/21 customer complaint to Revdex.com report on August 11th.  Please let me know if you have additional questions or concerns.Best Wishes, Ashanta S[redacted]

I called our credit card processing company on 1/17/17. They verified the refund went through. I tried calling customer several times but the call couldn't be...

completed. I sent a follow up email on 1/17/17 providing the reference number for the refund. The reference number can be used by his bank to locate the refund. I have not heard from customer. I provided my contact information in the email.
