Hello, this is Jed Johnson with AJ's Lawn Care  responding to a complaint I received on 12/12/16.  The right side of the gate fell off of the hinge and the client reported this to me at 9:26PM on 12/12/16 by a call to my wife's cell phone from a restricted number.  I explained to her...

that I must have not tightened all the bolts enough and I would be there in the morning.  It was dark at the time of the complaint so that is why I said I would fix it the next morning.  I was there at 9:00AM and took care of my mistake and left a receipt on the door.  I am very sorry that I made a mistake but I took care of it as soon as I could.  I tried to call her but she did not answer any of my calls and has not called back or responded to any texts.  I am sorry she feels taken advantage of, I made a human error and fixed it the very next morning.
