A.J's Small Engine Repair

I took a working [redacted] 125 BT backpack blower in to have it tuned up. I also mentioned that for the last year or so it was hard to start when it was hot. In fact on the repair order it says "tune-up, hard to start when hot".I got a call back that my piston and cinder were scarred and that it would cost $476.01 to repair and did I want to repair. I said "No" and would come back an pick it up.I came back and was charged $37.54 for diagnosis and my blower was apart and most of the parts were either disconnected or in a plastic bag. The backpack blower no longer worked at all. When I ask them about it they said we spent half and hour diagnosing and since we didn't repair it we didn't put it back together.
