Damage was caused to my house by tree removal equipment. Finish piece, gutters and siding were damaged. I tried to coordinate repair, but he no show.A finish piece on the side of the house was cracked and broken. This was pointed out to me and replaced. However the siding along side was also damaged. The gutter downdrain was also damaged and came loose from the gutter attached to roof. I sent a picture of the gutter that came loose. The siding required repainting and caulking. The downdrain required re attachment to the gutter along with securing it to house. I tried for over 2 weeks too coordinate [redacted] coming back to repair the damage or at least secure the gutter to the house. He was a no show everytime. He even told me a story about his nephew dying and so that was why he couldn't make it back over. I don't know if it was true. After that I tried for another week to have him do the repairs, but then he began ignoring my texts, calls and has never gotten back to me.Desired SettlementI am having someone do the repairs for me. The estimates I have gotten range from $80 to $120.
