with his friend, [redacted]. He told me he wanted the Mini Cooper, I proceeded to explain to him all that has been fixed on the vehicle. I have receipts for everything I have done to the vehicle. He then stated that he wanted the vehicle, so we started the paperwork. He needed more money for a down payment, so he told us that he had a vehicle that was not running that he would bring to us. We then proceeded with the deal and when it came time I asked him if he wanted to put a service contract on the vehicle and he said no. We did put GAP insurance on the Mini Cooper. [redacted] has driven the car and when he came in to pay his deferred down payment he told [redacted] that he was very happy with the car. He then told us his friend that was going to tow the car for him had something wrong with his truck. I told him that I will try to get the vehicle, I have been very busy. On Oct 14th [redacted] wrote me on [redacted] through the business page and told me that he would like to speak to me about the Mini Cooper. I talked to him and asked him what was wrong. I didn’t understand how this could be happening to something that was completely redone. I then proceeded to tell him to stop down on Monday and we will see what we can do to fix it. He bought a used vehicle from a used car dealership and declined a service contract when he purchased the vehicle. I was willing to have him bring it to me, so I could see what was wrong. He told me he worked all day Monday, so I said Tuesday or Wednesday would also be fine. He then told me that he did not want my mechanic to work on his car since he did all the work to the motor and it allegedly is ready to blow up. He took the car to his mechanic and changed spark plugs then after that is when a spark plug blew out of the motor. He has proceeded to tell me that he has done this before and he won that court case. I have all messages of proof that I was never rude or ignorant to him at all. He was threatening me from the beginning because I wouldn’t give him exactly what he wanted. I am more than willing to help him out with fixing the Mini Cooper.
