and we promptly notified her upon that discovery.  When she requested, we cancel her order we did promptly and copied her on the refund, plus answered each additional email with an explanation.  Unfortunately, there is a delay by the banking system between when refunds are process and the her bank showing the credit back to her online account.  We did everything  in our power to make her happy.Sincerely,Susan B[redacted]AJ's Western Wear
