We were contracted and did percent of the work for thi s homeownerOur goal here is to satisfy our customers unfortunately this is one of the customers that can not be satisfied I have plenty of photos of all the work we did including out of scope work we did that she never paid us forHer own

AJT Projects did NOT complete percent of the work: and he reneged on the contract on September 26, that he signed. I have an estimate from the new contractor who completed the job as to how much work *** *** completed. It was NOT percent of the work. (See Attachment D). I have paid *** *** a total of $7,and my new contractor who completed the job estimated the work that *** *** completed to be $1,530. *** *** owes me $6,($7625-$1,530). I have paid for all the work that *** *** did and more. There was NO out of scope work completed that I did not pay for. 2. Everything that was done is not up to parI had issues throughout the project with workers not showing up to the job site and the quality of work done by AJT Project, LLC . *** *** also does not manage the jobs he has very well. I always had to text *** to find out why no workers were at my house, AGAIN! He sent his workers to my home to do one thing and then I wouldn't see them for days. My new contractor completed the job in less than a week whereas with *** *** after more than TWO MONTHS (as I signed the contract on July and he reneged on the contract on September 26) he still hadn't completed the patio! The quality of work performed by AJT Projects, LLC, was horrible. When *** *** first took out the pavement to install the patio, there were still roots from the hydrangea bushes sticking up through the dirt. If I didn't say anything, *** *** would have just continued with the job and not remove the roots. I would have certainly had problems later on when the pavers were installed. The ground was not compacted deep enough to allow for cars to drive over the patio once installed. The fence post that *** *** installed has dirt marks all over the post in which I have pictures. *** *** installed a border on one side of the patio in which he installed discolored stones that didn't match the others and ones that had big chips in them on the corners. The contract says that 2-4" of crusher run will be installed. I have pictures I took with a tape measure and there is no way that even 2" of crusher run was installed. 3. Her own cousin wouldn' do the job for her because she is a micro manager who questions everything you do: this is a LIE stated by *** *** in his 12/11/response to the Revdex.com. Please see the attached letter from my cousin’s company, *** Landscaping & Design, (See Attachment M) that proves the LIE made by *** ***. Her company has had no issues with me and would be happy to work with me in the future. This is not the first LIE made by *** ***. He responded to the *** One credit card dispute and stated that I was the one who “decided to sever ties.” This is a LIE by *** ***. He called me on September 26, and stated that he didn’t want to complete contract thus reneging on the contract that he signed. (See Attachment B). 4. Attorney General’s Office Consumer Complaint: I have filed a complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office. *** *** reneged on our contact signed July 7, and he owes me $6,095. (See Attachment F). 5. 11/20/*** One Dispute Letter: I have a pending dispute with *** One against *** *** that contains all the backup for this case that I am submitting to the Revdex.com as evidence that he took my money and did not perform he services stated in the contract that *** *** signed on July 12, 2017. *** *** is a dishonorable businessman doing business in Massachusetts. I have complained to numerous Massachusetts agencies regarding the way he conducts business in Massachusetts. He has reneged on our contract and lied about it saying that I am the one that severed ties. He owes me $6,for not completing the contract and taking my money for services he did not perform. I have been calling *** *** III since March without any successWe spoke once in APril and at that time he said he was coming to correct the problems and since then I have not heard anything from him sinceI
would like a specific date they plan to come and address my problemsIf I do not get a specific date and time I am going to small claims court and file a claim for the cost of what I paid and filing fees

2 out of her 3 issues have been resolved which was the walkway and wall repair we are aiming to have her drriveway issue fixed by middle of july as well
