We delivered the granite the customer ordered he was off on his measurements and did not pay for the amount of granite he is requesting, I have offered to get him the last pieces he needs if he pays for it but he refuses

The customer has received his product and was offered a refund if he did not take delivery but he took the stone

After missing promised deliveries twice the company showed up with the stones. Still - no return calls, no reply to the emails and voicemails, no apology, I had to pay the landscaper for...

his time waiting for the delivery, AJT charged me more than their advertised price on internet. Nothing but stress and dissatisfaction with AJT.

[ my measurement has nothing to do with my complaint. the owner  did not deliver what I have paid for. We have cell phone text massage conversation record to shows how many total pieces I ordered from him and the total amount 1600 and he also agreed to deliver the other 4 pieces but never did. Finally he called me on 6/26/17 and yelled at me and did not admit that he owes me 4 pieces. I told him that I already filed complaint to Attorney General Consumer. the owner never offered me anything ( I don't know what two pieces he is talking about)  ]
