Review: We were required to make a deposit of $4750 for the company to conduct an appraisal. After their administrative expenses, we were due a refund of $1750. This has been acknowledged by the company, but they have refused to send the actual refund. It has been over 10 months and they are no longer communicating with us.Desired Settlement: We are due a refund of $1750. We would like our refund as soon as possible.

Review: Paid $3750 for a loan application fee that included items such as an appraisal and other administrative items. I am then brokered to [redacted] who is not charging appraisal fees. In fact, [redacted] was running a special, free appraisal, no points, and no closing costs. Basically everything listed in the appraisal fee was actually no charge from the lender. Well, the loan fell through and do you think I have gotten a refund from AJTM for the application fee? Nope.Desired Settlement: At this point I would expect a full refund since they did nothing expect collect my money.

Review: I'm doing a refinance on my rental property and my loan officer refered me to this company , A.J.TM. Financial Group,Inc instructed me to wire the money to them for the amount of $3,950.00 for the appraisal and no appraisal happened to my property. Now ,I want a full refund of my money but [redacted], just keep on putting me off since June of 2014 . He just keep on sending me email that my refund package went out already every time I contacted him. I am waiting since June for the refund of my moneDesired Settlement: All I want is the full refund of my money that I sent to this company.

Please be advised that the complainant failed to inform you that the borrower did not disclose to our company with their submission that the loan we were planning to pay off was seriously in default.

Review: I was introduced to [redacted]. through a commercial broker in ** by the name of [redacted] with [redacted] told us that [redacted] would be doing the financing for our business and I needed to wire him the funds to proceed with ordering an appraisal and start the processing. This happened in October of 2013. We sent the money in December of 2013 and he never did anything after he received it. We've asked him numerous time to refund our money and we have yet to rec'd it and today is May 30, 2014. We were told that his processing department misplace the check on one occasion and that they mailed it on another but we have not received any funds whatsoever.We have emailed and called him on numerous occasions and he will not respond. In my opinion, this is not a legitimate, reputable company.Desired Settlement: We wired [redacted] $3750 in December of 2013. Since [redacted] did not do anything whatsoever with my file, I would like a full refund.

The borrowers complaint is totally untrue. I believe and am happy to know that the Revdex.com will review all of the information that we have on file that will show and prove that we worked on this file for more than 5 months and that it was due to the the borrower that this loan did not close.

Review: On the beginning of the year, we have been pre-approved supposedly for a loan that in the end, it turned out, after a very long process of waiting and waiting...was declined (huh?), apparently, we did not meet the requirements. We paid a vast amount of money for processing with the understanding that we will be entitled for an agreed refund if the loan fails. We have requested the said refund and been communicating with the loan broker [redacted] and the finance company (A.J.T.M Financial Group, Inc.) and they kept on stalling it for several weeks now. At first, they said that the delay was a computer issue at their office (although they had offered us a tracking number already)...no refund check came. Then, after a few more attempts to communicate with the company's Managing Member ([redacted]), he had sent us yet another tracking number that was supposed to have been delivered to us already...still no refund check was delivered. Is the refund check for what we are entitled for still coming or not? Yet to be answered...but who knows.Desired Settlement: I would like our refund check to be sent to us immediately along with appropriate compensation for all the stress and disappointments we have been experiencing since the beginning of the application.

It is true that a Pre-approval was issued. But just like any credit card Pre-approval you receive in the mail you have to go through a full approval process.

Review: My name is [redacted], I am the associate pastor of [redacted]. In the summer of 2014 our church signed a contract with AJTM Financial Group, Inc. located in [redacted]. AJTM Financial is a real estate broker and they were hired to find us a commercial building. After many months of searching, we decided to stop the search and focus our attention elsewhere. The contract with AJTM allowed them to keep $2,750 of the $4,400 already paid to this broker. The $4,400 was originally give to cover inspection costs and other related expenses for a potential building we were interested in before it fell through. Since March 25th, 2015, our church has been waiting for the remaining $1,650 that is due us. Multiple efforts have been made to contact this broker through both phone and email. Our contact, [redacted], has been telling me for the last three months that our check was on the way. The email conversation is listed below. The last email received from AJTM was on June 13th. Earliest email listed from top to bottom.
