I purchased my massage chair a couple weeks ago and when I remove the box noticed a couple panels were broke or cracked from shipping I contact AJX and talked with Jeff who was very helpful and got me in touch with a service techJoon whom went above the service I expected to get He called me many times to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and that the parts needed were received in a timely manner and even set up a scheduled in home repair from a local outside service provider! All costs picked up by AJX I believe under the chairs warranty I have used this chair many times already and love it! Thanks again to Joon for doing his best in taking care of me as a customer and the speedy service of getting my chair back to it's new undamaged form! I hope this chair last for years to come and may consider purchasing another in the future

Please see the attached file on invoice, it states return policy, we also paid return shipping for customer for his convenienceWe have spoke to customer many times regarding this issue that we will refund the money as our policy but customer is refusing t o get refund through [redacted] becuase he wanted full refundWe even offered to give discount on restocking fee but customer refused.We are always willing to help customers, so if customer change his mind, we will refund money as our policy says with additional discount amount we have spoke to customerEven though we always put customer first priority, we just cannot give full refund every customer change their mind because we will lose over $every time customer change their mind due to high shipping cost, and we still value his thoughts and want to give him as best service we can provide as we canThank you, Sincerely

I ordered a Kahuna chair from AJX and when it arrived it was DOAI wrote to AJX and they responded instantly and said they wanted to please me and the gentleman that talked to my wife apologized profusely and said he would send another one outIt arrived a few days later and it works smoothlyThe massager is excellent on my feet but customer service is obviously their nopriority!! I'm very pleased with the massager but I am even more pleased with their serviceThank you AJX!!
