The chair failed with the roller just stuck.We notified Kahuna & sent a YouTube video.First, Kahuna decided to send us 2 parts-a computer board & remote control-instead of sending out a technician to our home.I installed both of these items.Yes, you read that correctly.However, neither part fixed the chair.So, we asked for a service person to come fix the chair as we PAID for a 3 yr ON SITE Full Warranty as part of our purchase.We were told that there aren't any service personnel near us again.So, Kahuna asked us to remove the side panels & footrest(even though we paid for White Glove Delivery Service so we shouldn't be doing anything!!).Kahuna sent us a video via email so that we could figure out how to remove the side panels & footrest.We accomplished that.They then shipped to FL, all the way from CA, the main body of a new chair/footrest.First problem, the side panels from our original chair didn't fit the replacement chair.In addition, the material on the new chair's seat was damaged & the zipper to the footrest fell apart when the delivery person attempted to zip it to the chair.Also, the old footrest wouldn't connect up to the new chair.We called Kahuna & they said to refuse the new chair/footrest & they had the delivery personnel additionally take the original chair/footrest & asked us to leave the 4 side panels in our home so that when they shipped the 3rd chair to us the shipper could use the box the new panels came in to place our original panels in & ship them back.Kahuna ships out another chair/footrest/panels.Meanwhile time keeps going by.It takes 10+ days for each shipment.The 3rd chair arrives with both boxes showing damage.The panels box has multiple holes.Upon inspection of 2 of the 4 panels one panel had damage to the logo & the other panel had damage to the fabric.The chair box itself had a hole where an air hose from the chair was literally hanging outside the box & this tube had a hole in it.This shipment had to be refused again!!

Hello,

Customer is not willing to cooperate with our service team and wants refund instead after 1 year of using the chair. We did everything we can do to assist, we offered brand new chair after customer used it for 1 year but customer refused to accept brand new chair. At this point we have no more option to work with customer.

I purchased this massage chair on 6/11/18. I purchased WHITE glove deliver for an extra fee. On 6/21/18, a delivery company called me *** is there number, and let me know that they would call ME the following Wednesday to give me a time that the chair would be delivered on Thursday. They didn't call Wed. I called, with no return call. On Thursday, they call me and say they will be here in 15 mins, I was at work so I scrambled to have someone come to my house to accept the delivery. They simply dropped the boxes off and left (which is NOT white glove) so I called and they said "we are too far away" to come fix it. I set up a delivery date of Friday 7/6/2018. I was then alerted that the delivery date was NEVER set up so they would not be coming on Friday. I contacted the company and the delivery company who all assured us, they would work on it. Then on Friday at 11:42 another guy calls me (Mark @ *** and tells me is working on getting it delivered on Friday. I wait around all day, with no call. I try and call him and unable to get him. I contact the delivery company, the lady who was handling the issue isn't there. They basically have nothing to offer, except we can work on it next week. I then call Good Massage company and ask to talk to a supervisor *** who says "what this hasn't been fixed?" I say no, he says ok, let me call you back. And just like the rest, he never called me back. So now they have my money, and I have two huge boxes sitting taking up my office. And no answers on who is going to make this right. Everyone continues to say "it wasn't their mistake."

Hello,

We have had an issue with the delivery performing white glove service so we have arranged new delivery schedule with different crew as customer's request and the earliest we could schedule was this week.

We have refunded white glove service fee 100% and still performing service as a courtesy.

Also delivery charge was free shipping.
