our inspection and rental agreement to see if there were any known issues with the truck mirror prior to picking up on the June 4*, 2016, I could not find any indication that the mirror was damaged on the inspection sheet that has your signature on it. It is possible that the mirror may have loosened during your rental period which we wouldn’t have known unless you said something as soon as you left the station through the renting location or our roadside service.I want you to know that safety is our priority with each and every rental which is why during pickup, we went over the inspection with you to make sure we identify any damages and safety issue that the truck may have and either correct the issue or exchange the truck. We could not find any wrong with the truck. I am willing to compensate you up to a 20% discount off you total since you did not make any attempt to contact our roadside for assistance or the renting location. I cannot give you a full rental refund for something that may have occurred anytime during the rental period.If you agree with my 20% discount off your rental please let me know so that I can submit the request.Thanks you[redacted]Budget Truck Rental
