Well , it seems there's nothing , [redacted] son wants to hear , by all the verbiage written everywhere we know it's you writing all this and understand that sometimes you can't make everyone happy , and it's always upsetting to hear but my work speaks for itself if my style didn't suite your needs , or want , for that I am sorry but my work is all the same all looks very similar , so if my type of cosmetics didn't suit your desired results, it's just so odd that you all chose me to do the work on your mother , seeing is your so good online , and because if your actions you've already cost us way more than your appointment, it's not exaggerating it's the truth , you know all the stuff you've done you know all the entities you filed with and it really over kill my work is totall fine you wouldn't even send me a photo ,I never once said a single fowl word to you And never will , you want a refund but the service has been completed the supplies were used there's no way to take back the with that's been performed I have your mothers before and from the pictures you submitted its such a easy touch up but you act like its something so incredibly bad and I just don't agree at all , you said it's not rocket science but the pigments used were the lightest colors I possess so to add or adjust is so easy for that reason alone and havin a tone base color only adds to the dimension if I could add this is what I'd do and I'll submit a pic so you can see and it's a simple thing , I love what I do and try really really hard and work with local plastic surgeons so no I'm no amateur, and I don't appreciate your slandering me which is exactly what you've been doing and it's not right at all , it's ugly and inhuman, truth is I'd do anything I could to make your mother happy but it seems nothing would make you happy and I'm sorry to say but after all this it seems to be true and even after all you done if your mother wants me to id love to see her again and like I said guys God bless you and hopefully it all works out for the best

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It is very apparent by his jargon-filled response that [redacted] would like to posture himself as the victim in this matterHe clearly failed to address the inadequate and amateur job he performed on me , the damage he did to my face and appearance, the fact I have to have numerous procedures done to try and correct what he has done , the fact he charged me $more than agreed upon at the setting of the appointment, nor any of the findings by the professional evaluation submitted by Salon de FriskAdditionally, [redacted] failed to mention anything about him cursing my son in a vulgar tirade in a failed attempt to intimidate my into accepting the botched outcome as adequateRather, ***'s response focuses on him "living by the golden rule," his kids having a terrible Christmas, and him praying for meLaughable! The same mouth that cursed my son is now breathing prayers on my behalf? BEWARE!!
I went in to AK Lounge to personally make an appointment with Kenny P[redacted] for my mom to get permanent brows. I showed him her picture so he could see what she wanted, etc. and he informed me it would be $375. AFTER the service was done, Kenny informed my mom that it was $425 and not $375. To make matters worse, what Kenny did to her was horrible!! One brow is significantly higher than the other; both are off center from the bridge of her nose; both are so bushy looking they don’t resemble how she wears them at all; and the ink strokes are so wide the individual “hairs” don’t look natural at all.
When Kenny showed her the results, she was shocked. She told him they didn’t look right, were off, too bushy, etc. but he minimized her concerns and said to “give it a few days.” When my brother went to pick her up, he noticed the problems right away. Kenny said the brows looked “off” because of swelling and they everything would fall into place in a few days. CRAZY! They weren’t off because of swelling. They were off because of his ineptness and lack of skill.
The very next day, we began calling Kenny as we knew things weren’t right. When Kenny finally returned calls 5 days later, he continued to deny any problems, any mistakes, etc. Furthermore, he had no answer as to why he didn’t inform my mom BEFORE the procedure that he was going to charge her $425 rather than the $375 agreed upon price. Instead, he just kept bragging on his skills and stating he gave her a good deal!!
Kenny’s suggested remedy was for my mom to allow him to take the needle and ink to her face AGAIN! Seriously??!!?? Who in their right mind would allow the man who botched up her face the first time, a second chance to experiment?? Ridiculous.
My mom has to have several procedures performed in attempt to correct what Kenny P[redacted] did to her face as everything is so off centered, uneven and horrid looking. Of course, he’s not touching her again.
