The flooring was also poorly installed because the flooring is uneven and highly warped in several areas. We have pictures and emails where she stated these items would be fixed before completion of the flooring install. They have been paid over 75% of payment as of December 16, 2019 paid another $5,000 and they have not came in to complete the installation nor the repairs. We are very displeased with their service and we are unsure if they are licensed to work construction in the state of Texas. *** also has other individuals come out to our home to install countertops and sinks. We paid her December 23, 2019 and did not install our countertops until January 22, 2019. We are unhappy with the sinks and countertops that she delivered because they were completely different than what we originally asked for. The countertop installers also told us they would not be liable for their countertop installation and we were not told that by ***. She stated they would ensure our countertops were properly installed and if not they would fix them. We have been at a loss of funds dealing with the poor level of service and time management from AK Sales and Services.
