I have used this company a number of times before with no major problems. However, I have made at least 5 calls to them for service recently, left messages, and received no response.

Ak-Sar-Ben was extremely prompt and responsive in dealing with a difficult electrical problem. They were able to isolate the problem and fix it within one hour. Their rate was reasonable and their staff was cautious.
