November of 2016, We was going to start on Ms. [redacted] roof. Two days prior to starting she said that she was going to Utah for the winter. One week later she came back and demanded her money at this point we had contracts in Colorodo Springs and was preparing for the trip. We did go to Colorodo and got back after Christmas and of coarse few feet of snow was on ground.       When the wheather cleared up this year in 2017, we done a job in Green River in April and immediately done her roof next at the first of May 2017 and passed final inspection by her.         I woiuld have thought that she would have informed ya'll since she filed a report.     With that said we also want to iterate that as a company we learned some things about roofing in Wyoming.and we have nothing bad to say about Ms. [redacted] We do understand her position and we did respectfully start and complete her job in May of this year.     Thank you for corresponding with us and allowing us to respond.                                                                                                                                                 Sincerely,                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Danny M[redacted]
