I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below.
[When you purchase a puppy for your children as a Christmas present,and it is sick and you can only visit itfor days Yes I did want my puppy home with his family, he is mineas for the thumbs up No absolutely notI was never told anything of that nature she stated the owner wanted to keep him that is allAnyways even if I left him at the store he needed another 20days of meds so I wouldn't of been able to take him for another 20daysit is bad business and I will be telling everyone who will listen NOT TO GO TO PARK AVENUE PETSThe owner is a rude non people personand it makes me sick that an owner would take advantage of the customer in the way she didI want to reimbursed for the vett bills I uncured due to the fact that Park Avenue Pets sold me a sick puppy.

The puppy was sold on Dec. 24, 2015 the same day the Veterinarian checked the puppy and found it "healthy for sale".   We followed up with the customer on 12/26/15 but received no answer so we left a message.  We never told the customer not to go to her Vet.  The customer contacted us...
