I am responding to the Akadema responseAkadema did not fulfill their service commitment because they did not get the required order to my organization until after it was due.We did receive the items in but they were half way through the baseball season.  So for Akadema to say they were doing me a favor by "allowing" me to return item is not the entire story.I ordered 2 pair of pants for over 70 boys in our program that Akadema could not fill the order when needed.  Instead of saying they could not fill the order, I was strung along on delivery dates and excuses rather than results of product delivery.  I had to go out and purchase uniforms for my players out-of-pocket because Akadema did not meet the delivery date.Instead of having a policy of not refunding products returned, Akadema should have a policy of customer service.  The product was returned because I was forced to purchase replacement pants or my players would have had no uniform.  Check the records, there are quite a few of parents who complained to Revdex.com because Akadema did not meet customer satisfaction.  In addition some of the products were sub-par.  The piping on a number of pants unraveled during the season.  I have never had any pants from any other distributor where the pant piping unraveled during the season it was purchased for.  The fact that Akadema has a skeleton crew should have no impact on their customers-they surely did not worry about a skeleton crew when they took the payments from my parents for the orders (thousands of dollars).  How does that become the customers (my) problem?  I would not recommend them nor would any of my 90+ parents.  The NJ Revdex.com should expect to receive more complaints in the future if Akadema does not get their customer service and distribution problems fixed.I did receive and immediately cash the refund check for the returned items. Although Akadema did not credit me for the personal return of the faulty pants I returned for my ($25 value), I will count this as normal procedure for them-bad product, bad service, no accountability.As far as answering the Revdex.com complaint and mailing a check, Akadema did not mention that I sent them an email stating that if I did not receive a refund that I would be consulting a lawyer and considering legal action against them.  Business should NEVER be like this. Customer pays, gets the quality that was promised, gets customer service deserved and completes business.Revdex.com can close the complaint as I want nothing further to do with the Akadema Inc.  [redacted]

We are in receipt of [redacted] complaint. Please note the [redacted] returned product that he had purchased over four months ago. Our policy is not to take product back over sixty month old. product returned. Our warehouse and administrative staff are on skeleton crew levels in August. [redacted]- advised [redacted] on this. A check was August 27 and dated and sent on September 2. The [redacted] tracking number for the check was [redacted] This complaint was filed after September 2. We consider this complaint closed.

The company Akadema Pro has worked with me and satisfied me.  I would like to retract my complaint.  Thanks for your help.
