I have 2 proofs to support my side. First the payment for the ticket was transferred to his debit card account ending in 2252 on jan 15th at 5;46 pm using an express pay from my husbands work account. Second I am sending you the attachment for the itinerary I received in my husband's email from akal travels when I booked ticket on jan 15th,2017. I have forward the exact email which I received from him for itinerary to your email with complaint id.

I am rejecting this response because:he is lying. First of all he never explained to my husband or to me that this ticket is non refundable. Also I have itinerary which I received in my email after ticket booking which doesn't say in terms and conditions that ticket was special fare ticket and it is non refundable. Secondly when I called him first time to cancel the ticket he said I will call you in few minutes let me confirm with my travel agency and airline.He called me next Morning on  my phone and confirmed that I can cancel the ticket but there would be cancellation charges of $300 and some dollars but rest of my money I will get back. He stated that he has confirmed with his travel agency main office so I said ok go ahead and cancel the ticket. T hirdly I have proof that he got paid for this ticket the same day because money was transferred to his debit card account. Also he booked my husbands ticket after few days of booking my ticket.Too bad that he is lying even though I have proof that's got paid same day for the ticket.

passanger didn't come my office to book ticket her husband came in office to buy the ticket her husband also buy ticket him self different date then I explain him this is special fare ticket this ticket was non refundable only you exchange with penality plus what ever that time fare difference then...

she call to need cancel ticket I told her to same thing she say let me talk to my husband then call you I say ok last day she call me to cancel I explain her again this is not refundable ticket I told your husband if you need exchange you have to provide the date she say next year isay this ticket have value also maximm 6month within six month come back she say no then she say its ok after she didn't call even these ticket money also her husband friend pay me after 2week his name is [redacted] his phone number is [redacted] after she complaint  iam a sub agent airline also have rule we have to follow the rule that ticket was cost is not $750 original price was base fare $1.00 plus airline tax ,fuel charge $724 plus my fees is $10.00 so total is $735 she don't know even how much pay this info is correct we don't have any report since 2011 before there have one we solve so please they also call airline same thing they explain her if you have any question please call me @2063709480 thx

Iam sending paste copy of the ticket from airline to read carefully which I show her husband she is lying if he is right why her husband talk to me this is not agent rule this is airline rule you have to follow to don't be say if I want cancel I get my money back you live in USA not India if her any family member doing same business in India India have different term and condition USA have different so please my request close this complaint or if you need more inquire call the airline and fight with them and you also call them to find airline rule thx for help if you need to talk to me call 2063709480
