Complaint:
Akamai Management Services did not provide adequate resolution to my numerous concerns about the quality of their services and their inability to resolve it to my satisifactionI paid for the service due to what I felt were
harassment via emailsHowever the problem has not been resolved and they are no longer willing to correct the problem
We strongly dispute this claim as falseThe initial work performed for *** *** was in January She had a minor complaint about the installation of some flooring that she supplied and notified us via emailWe revisited the job the very next day and discussed what would resolve the complaintWe sent back our subcontractor who installed the flooring within a few days to readdress her issues at the beginning of February, and he left only after her expressing satisfaction to himWe returned to her residence later that month for a separate issue and repair work and she made no mention of any dissatisfaction at that time, and we were paid for that work performed
No further effort was made to collect on the initial work until the beginning of April, at that time the initial work was approaching days from the initial billingThere was no "threatening" connotation to that collection email, simply a request for paymentWe received no response from that emailweeks later, a follemail was sent requesting payment, at this time days had passed since the time that the initial work was performedIt was only at this time that Ms*** addressed dissatisfaction with the initial work, and said that she gets paid at the beginning of MayA reply letter was emailed to her addressing her issues, and that we had sent back the installer of the flooring and she had expressed satisfaction when he had completed his work that day--in fact, she asked him if he could do some additional flooring installation for herWe received no reply from that letter, and payment was remitted soon thereafterCopies of all communications between Akamai Management Services and *** *** are available for review upon request
In summation, we strongly dispute Ms***'s claims of lack of addressing issues of work performed, and the accusation of harassment to collect the debt owed to the company

Akamai Management did not allow the subcontractor to fix all the gaps in the floor, he was told by Akamai and myself that he was to only deal with the first two rowsAkamai has not rectified the problem and do not feel they have a professional responsibility to do soThe gaps on my bathroom floor continue to be subject to vulnerability should the toilet overflow again, the floor is not sealedThey really need to make it right to me the customer

Again, this is a statementClearly, as stated in her comment the subcontractor was told by Ms *** to fix only those rows of flooringWe, Akamai Management Services, Inc., instructed our subcontractor to remedy the situation to Ms***'s satisfaction, and were informed by our subcontractor- not the other way around- what the remedy would beWe were also notified by our subcontractor that she expressed satisfaction with the remedy he provided in replacing those rows of flooring upon completion of that work, and in fact asked him to return to install additional flooring elsewhere in the residence
Ms*** had additional opportunities to discuss any dissatisfaction with us when we returned to her residence for other work, but she failed to do so and only voiced this complaint after paying for the work provided
Again, this is a complaint, and we request that it be removed for lack of merit
