I spoke with customer and gathered more informationWe will be setting up an appointment today for a complete reinspection and treatment for any infested areas and customers was fine with that and is no longer upset, just concerned about her home

We made a complaint to the Revdex.com last month about a lack of response from Akamai and requested a refund. (For full details, please see complaint filed in January 29, 2016.) Akamai said they would give us a refund if we signed a letter terminating the contract. Rather than a simple termination, Akamai sent a document with several conditions including that will we hold them harmless for any act, past, present and future and will refrain from any negative reviews. While we appreciate and thank the Akamai's lawyer for pointing out that, yes, we probably have a good case for pursuing legal action, and yes, we certainly have a good case for a negative review, at this point, we only want to cancel our useless contract and receive our refund. The "release letter" is inappropriate and unacceptable. If Akamai wishes to involve lawyers, we can certainly do that, but I suggest that Akaimai accept the following statement to be our acceptance of a cancelled contract and to use it as the basis for our refund. The [redacted] hereby CANCELS the contract with Akamai and requests a full refund.We expect a full refund of 2,291.65. We will not sign any document that contains anything other than "this contract is terminated".

I am rejecting this response because:In [redacted]' apology letter, he still refuses to acknowledge that I paid for the extended warranty. He wrote, "...but sometimes we make mistakes." While we all make mistakes, this is the second time that I've had the same issue with [redacted]s company. Akamai Pest Solutions refused to reply to me last year, too, when I tried to contact it. [redacted] blamed his secretary for that mistake and said she was replaced. Who is he blaming now?I fear from my life and property if I have to deal with Akamai Pest Solutions and any of its affiliates. And how else would Akamail Pest Solutions provide any type of termite treatments other than to be on my property with me there? I do not want to risk being in such a dangerous situation and that is why I am requesting a refund. I want nothing to do with Akamai Pest Solutions other than to get a refund. All trust with Akamai Pest Solutions has been broken.The attached letter from [redacted] is dated 5-25-15. Why did he wait till 6-1-15 to send it? This further adds to the mistrust and unethical business practices at Akamai Pest Solutions.Please let me know if you have any questions.Thank you.
