are our days to do Maintenances due to the traffic down her at the Beach and Emergency Calls around the Weekends. We have tried to eliminate Non Emergency Calls around the Weekends because we had found that when we had them scheduled before most of the time we would end up having to reschedule due to the overload of Emergency Service Calls around the Weekends. Our Secretary said she tried to offer for a key to be left somewhere for us or if he had a Realtor Property Management Person who had a key and she was told Absolutely Not!!! According to Our secretary she tried to accommodate the Consumer the best she was able to with no success. We will be more than happy to refund the consumer for his Maintenance Contract In the Amount of $450.00 if this is what he wants to resolve this Issue.
