To whom It may Concern, Re the complaints filed against me, I strongly disagree with what I am accused ofWhether I file taxes or not has nothing to do with the job I performed for my clientFrom the onset, the client was told that I do not have a contractor's license, in fact, over the past five years I have done at least jobs for her, and she was pleased and never complainedI am convinced it was her daughter and granddaughter who got involved in this renovation and made it difficult for me to work.I walked out the first and second time because the granddaughter was not pleased with my work, and both times yelled at me, ranting and verbally accusing me of being a rip offNo one should take that kind of verbal abuse, so I leftThe last time I walked was because, and am convinced, that the job was completely finishedI have the contract and photos to prove that I did everything that was agreed upon, and more besidesIn my years of business I have never left a job undone, nor taken anything that did not belong to meI'd like to know what they are accusing me of stealingThe customer received more than what she paid forSincerely, Glenn [redacted]

Mr McKenzie the pictures Mr *** submitted were mostly of the pre-renovation and only pictures of cabinets which were installed not the final installationThe final underlay for the countertop was done piecemeal and those are shown in the pictures I sent, which had to be replaced before the granite countertop could be installed as they were constructed with scraps of wood which he put together
Mr *** is wrong in stating that 90% of the pictures were of previous renovations of the bathroomThe bathroom pictures were just to show the kind of poor quality his craftsman ship is
90% of those pictures are "his idea of a complete renovationAs shown there are damaged wood that he installed
I also told Mr*** there were "unfinished" work in the kitchen, the outside wall where he did not sand and paint
Please refer to those pictures as they show the disastrous quality of work that his company does
I explained to you that he disconnected electrical power to the house which was previously working and I did not even know about itHe left electrical wires exposed without informing me
He left his plastic bottles of rubbish, he left globs of cement and paint all over the sidewalk of my house
I AM NOT SATISIED WITH THIS COMPANY'S WORK
He did not inform me WHY he needed an extra $13,This renovation is completely unacceptable to me
HE DID NOT INFORM ME THAT HIS WORK WAS DONE

past five years I have done at least 6 jobs for her, and she was pleased and never complained. I am convinced it was her daughter and granddaughter who got involved in this renovation and made it difficult for me to work.I walked out the first and second time because the granddaughter was not pleased with my work, and both times yelled at me, ranting and verbally accusing me of being a rip off. No one should take that kind of verbal abuse, so I left. The last time I walked was because, and am convinced, that the job was completely finished. I have the contract and photos to prove that I did everything that was agreed upon, and more besides. In my 37 years of business I have never left a job undone, nor taken anything that did not belong to me. I'd like to know what they are accusing me of stealing. The customer received more than what she paid for. Sincerely, Glenn [redacted]
